Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Yuma, AZ to hire a full-time Occupational Therapist for an itinerant K-8 position. This role offers the opportunity to provide direct and consultative OT services across multiple school sites, supporting students participation and success in daily academic activities.
Job Requirements:

Active Arizona OT license

Ability to travel between school sites within the district
Job Duties:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to meet IEP goals

Provide direct therapy services and classroom-based interventions

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student independence and participation

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
